Our Community-Centric Housing Projects
Motivated by our faith values, which embrace providing everyone with a home as both a social necessity and a moral obligation, we are dedicated to providing secure and affordable places to live that also build communities where people can thrive.
Willow Brook
An affordable, service-enriched housing community
Nearly 30% of the Los Angeles County foster youth become homeless when they age out of the foster care system. Willow Brook will offer these young people a stable home with on-site supportive services and a diverse residential community in a 74-unit building. Located feet from Los Angeles City College (LACC), Willow Brook will also offer affordable apartments for community college students, who also experience high rates of homelessness. One in five community college students reported being homeless in 2019. Willow Brook's affordable rents and proximity to LACC will make it easier for students to increase their academic achievements and graduate, helping foster youth and others increase their lifetime earnings and advance their careers.
